Please make sure your purchase order includes: Your bill to information, ship to information, tax exempt status, (if tax exempt please send a copy of your tax exempt form with your purchase order), and a contact name and phone number. Also, please indicate when you need the product to be delivered and if your facility requires any special delivery instructions such as delivery appointments, lift gate and inside delivery.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, Stanley InnerSpace accepts all major credit cards. We do, however still require a hard copy purchase order. If you cannot create a purchase order, we offer a credit card order form, in lieu of a purchase order. For security reasons, our accounting department will contact you once the order has shipped, to obtain your credit card number.

What is your Warranty?

Stanley InnerSpace cabinets and carts are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. QuickWire and QuickWall products by Stanley InnerSpace are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. V-Series cabinets by Stanley InnerSpace are backed be a lifetime warranty against defects of any kind. Lifetime V-Series cabinet warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or damage caused by use in excess of manufacturer’s recommended capabilities. Stanley InnerSpace electronics are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Stanley InnerSpace custom products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

What is your return policy?

The following outlines the standard procedure and policies in regards to the return of products to InnerSpace:

* All returned items must have a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number issued by a member of the Shipping Team. In addition, all returned goods must be in new, salable condition. The customer is responsible for all freight charges on returns. If the customer receives incorrect merchandise, Stanley InnerSpace will then pay for the return freight and restock charges. A return authorization number is still required in this situation.

* Accessories -The customer can return standard accessories with an authorized RMA within 30 days without incurring a restocking fee. If the item is returned between 30 and 90 days, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee applied to the credit. InnerSpace will not accept items after 90 days without the approval of a regional sales manager. If additional items are returned without authorization additional restocking fees may incur.

* Cabinets and Carts - If a customer requests to return a standard product (cabinet/cart) within 0 -90 days after purchased there will be a 20% restock fee added. Any standard product will not be allowed to be returned after 90 days from purchased date. Due to the custom nature of the 5000 Series Casework (including stainless steel), custom orders may not be returned at any time.
