Titled “Using Lean Strategies to Reduce Supply Costs,” the self-study course book is available for download on the Stanley InnerSpace website. “This continuing education activity will provide an overview of the impact of the current economic crisis on healthcare facilities today, including various cost-reduction initiatives, with a focus on managing supply costs,” says Suzi Collins, Lean project facilitator.
