Hinged aluminum and glass doors provide visibility and support infection control initiatives

Grand Rapids, Mich. (Feb. 1, 2010) -- A market leader in storage and inventory solutions for the healthcare industry, Stanley InnerSpace recently unveiled its new triple-wide cart with hinged aluminum and tempered glass doors, providing quick identification of supplies.

"We've enhanced one of our most popular storage solutions to provide 65 percent visibility into the cart," says Dan Bennett, Stanley InnerSpace's brand manager. "In procedure rooms where staff members are trained to keep doors and drawers closed to minimize the risk of possible supply contamination, utilizing storage carts with glass doors allows clinical staff to quickly identify and retrieve needed supplies."

The triple-wide cart is equipped with the following features:

• A modular cell system to accommodate 24" D (61cm) accessories
• Interior ceiling is pre-set to hold up to nine optional pullout Cath Managers®, each with eight hooks
• Grip bars for easy pushing/pulling of cart
• 5" full-rotation casters, two with locks
• Durable bumper around perimeter of cart base
• Standard key lock
